Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and Child and Youth Services Flight objectives. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with other base organizations, senior leadership, squadron commanders, and representatives from other military services. Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for child and youth services programs to ensure operations are in line with regulatory and fiscal requirements, support goals, and mission requirements. Develops, monitors, and analyzes applicable statistical data to track operating programs, evaluate their effectiveness and applicability to strategic goals, and plan improvements.
