Represents the technical service school with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Coordinates, oversees, and manages research projects and policy development across the training school, as it relates to Human Performance and/or programs using sound scientific practices. Develops and maintains a robust and controlled HP web-based site for BA to be used as the central site for HP references, instructions, guidance, protocols, planning, lessons learned, data collection, best business practices, and other important correspondence.
