Summary This position is located at Brunssum School Age Center (SAC), Netherlands. Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee applicable to employees working at least 15 hours per week. First Child: 100% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Second and Subsequent Child: 25% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Child and Youth Services (CYS) provides programs and services for children of eligible military and civilian families. Within CYS you will find something to meet your children's needs.Major Duties: Incumbent is responsible for the administration of the facility to include implementation of budgeting and financial management, personnel management, program operations, special needs, and compliance, among other tasks. Serves as a first level supervisor for assigned staff. Supervises staff to include assigning work, conducting performance reviews and approving leave. Makes decisions on work and administrative issues presented by subordinate supervisors. Ensures the implementation of a developmentally appropriate CYS program that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of children and youth. Provides program oversight and accountability for the performance of employees and the safety of children in accordance with Federal, DoD, Service, and local policies and standards. Ensures the program complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Prepares and executes Appropriated fund (APF) and Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) budgets for the center.
