Summary About the Position: This position is located at Lyster Army Health Clinic, Fort Rucker, Alabama. The work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 0730-1630 with on call status. Through a robust healthcare delivery system, and a dedicated team of inspired professionals, the Agency ensures the worldwide delivery of medical, dental, and pharmacy programs to more than 9.5 million uniformed service members, retirees, and their families, by improving health and building readiness Anytime, Anywhere-Always.Major Duties: Plan and administer all aspects of the Early Intervention Services program, including managing resources, tracking funds, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Coordinates "Child Find" marketing and screening activities to identify and evaluate infants and toddlers with potential special needs. Lead the development and timely review of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) to ensure children and families receive required services. Provide oversight and coordination for a full range of early intervention services while maintaining effective working relationships with other agencies. Develop and conduct workshops and in-service training for program personnel, community groups, and medical treatment facility staff.
