Summary This position is located at Fort Knox, Kentucky. This announcement may be used to fill positions across the CYS program in different facilities and age groups. Referrals will be based on the preferences you indicate in the application processMajor Duties: Serves as the Assistant Director for the Child and Youth Services (CYS) Parent and Outreach Services program by assisting in the planning, oversight and implementation of Parent Central Services. Assists with the recruitment and hiring of qualified personnel utilizing Army Standard Position Descriptions. Utilizes and monitors the Child and Youth Management System (CYMS) database to collect and ensures CYS Services information on patron, patron fees, enrollment, waiting list, funding requirements and program activities are current and accurate. Implements an active program encouraging parent involvement, and providing parent education opportunities. As a team member, helps implement procedures in assigned areas including fee policies, waiting list and child placement procedures, and registration/enrollment.
