This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. Additionally, provides training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. Duties: 1: Assists the Chief, Education and Training in administration of Education, Training and Distance Learning Programs. 2: Responsible for overall management OJT program for the wing. Manages the development of education and training instructional products. Administers a diversified testing program. 3: Plans, directs, organizes, and coordinates operations of the Advance Distributed Learning, and multimedia education and training programs. 4: Monitors the overall accuracy and reliability of all data entered into and maintained in Personnel Data System (PDS).
