聽Chief John Keenatch High School Teacher聽聽The Big River First Nation Education Department is hiring a聽Grade 8. This teaching position is based out of聽Chief John Keenatch High School.聽Duties & Responsibilities:聽Diligently and faithfully teach the students the education curriculum assigned by the Principal;聽Plan and organize the learning activities of the class with due regard for individual differences and needs of the pupil;聽Cooperate with colleagues and associates in program development and teaching activities pertaining to the class and individual pupils;聽In cooperation with the Principal and colleagues maintain good class management control;聽Conduct and manage assigned functions in the instructional program in accordance with the educational policies of the Education Committee and the applicable Saskatchewan Education Act.;聽Requirements:聽聽路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor of Education degree or higher from an accredited institution; Eligible for a Saskatchewan Professional 聯A聰 or Provisional Professional 聯A聰 teaching certificate.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Have a working knowledge of Canada聮s Indigenous Peoples and to integrate their culture, values and history into the curriculum.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Have high standards and expectations for academic achievement.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Have excellent classroom management skills, and able to utilize and demonstrate positive classroom/behavior management strategies.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Accommodate and include special needs children by adjusting teaching styles and curriculum as required for inclusion.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Committed to completing the school year.路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Adhere to the Fit for Duty Policy ( Drug & Alcohol Testing)路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Submit Clean CPIC & Vulnerable Sector Check聽
