Position Summary: The Security/Janitorial Worker is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained environment. The position performs security duties, including facility patrols, incident response, and reporting safety concerns, while also carrying out janitorial and custodial tasks to ensure buildings and grounds remain clean and operational. Reporting to the Facilities Coordinator, the incumbent works collaboratively with staff, contractors, and emergency responders as required.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in security, janitorial, custodial, or building service work is an asset. Knowledge of security procedures, cleaning practices, and workplace safety standards. Ability to perform physical duties, including patrols, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license is an asset. Valid Security Worker/Guard License required. WHMIS and First Aid Level 1 certification required
