Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Establishes, develops and maintains effective working relationships with other managers and professional staff to ensure seamless service and continuity of quality for all children and youth. Support and consistently reinforce developmental training of Child Development Center or School Age Care Programs direct care professionals. Conduct and review program evaluations of classroom and activity areas, identifying areas that need improvement, and establishing and implementing corrective action plans to address deficiencies. Conduct quality assurance checks on classroom/activity to include, after action plans, medication and allergy documentation, classroom inspection checklist, temperature logs, inclusion and behavior support plans, accident/incident reports, child attendance and accountability reports, as well as any locally required documentation.
