Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities across geographically separated Training and Curriculum Specialists within Child and Youth Programs. Determines, develops, arranges for, conducts, and oversees individual and program-wide training needs in early childhood and youth development and related activities for all child development center staff, family childcare providers, school-age program staff, youth program staff and volunteers, management, administrative staff, custodial contractors, food service staff, and staff working in any unique settings for children. Represents 11 FSS with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with installations Family Advocacy, Medical Advisors, Fire, Safety and Health at 3 different locations. Develop local special needs supports based on flight wide needs.
