DUTIES: Assists in planning, coordinating, and scheduling academic training events, student classes, instructors, and resources. Prepares and maintains education and training records, files, and materials. Uses varied and advanced functions of office automation software to create, format, modify, edit and print a variety of documents and support office operations. Executes Security Assistant responsibilities. Obtains Executes Facility Manager responsibilities.
