DUTY 1. Plans, directs, controls, and oversees all elements of the Education, Training and Distance Learning Programs. DUTY 2. Plans and directs activities in accomplishment of education services program. Ensures accuracy of Personnel Data System and performs functional review of data reliability. DUTY 3. Provides Education and Training advisory services to commanders and staff on all education and training program. DUTY 4. Periodically inspects activities pertaining to Education and Training for compliance with policies and instructions. DUTY 5. Conducts staff visits and trains personnel (ARTs, Active Guard Reserve (AGRs), traditional reservists, civilian employees, supervisors, managers, etc.) within unit for all education and training programs for which they are responsible. Performs personnel supervisory/management responsibilities
