DUTIES: Designs, implements, and reviews activity plans. May provide training, instruction and assistance to Child Development Assistants and Leaders on activity plans. Maintains effective communication with parents and maintains record of progress. Follows established procedures to protect children from child abuse and neglect, injury and illnes. Arranges the classroom to promote a safe and healthy learning environment.
