Serves as the Base Training and Education Services (BTES) Administrator with responsibility to plan, direct, coordinate and report on the full scope of activities to accomplish the assigned centers programs. 2. Conducts the strategic planning process to include needs assessment, evaluation of quality training system recommendations, establishing annual objectives, review the Training Plans for currency and implement the plan and evaluate progress. 3. Provides On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Education consultant services to support all assigned units on all performance locations to include reserve Individual Mobilization Augmentees (IMAs). 4. Provides oversight to the myLearning program and computer systems maintenance. 5. Utilizes multiple office automation and performs additional duties/responsibilities.
