Granite School District is seeking qualified applicants for the following position: Preschool Assistant Date Available: As soon as possibleLocation: Preschool Services Job Summary: This position requires a dependable, patient, and nurturing individual to work with 3-5-year-old children in a preschool classroom setting under the direction of the Leadership Team. Attendance, physical presence, and timeliness are essential functions of this position. Required Education & Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or equivalentRequires a Food Handler permit from a Utah Department of Health-approved entity or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire.May require a current CPR certification depending on assigned duties.May require a passing score on the ParaPro assessment. Required Knowledge & Skills: Basic computer skillsAbility to collaborate and share responsibilitiesExcellent interpersonal skillsDisplays patience and positivity
