This position would also be responsible for the day-to day management of operational aspects of the DAF Fellows program, ensuring operations comply with all applicable directives governing fellowships and Professional Military Education operations and associated DoD, Air Force, and AETC guidance. Duties: 1. Assists the Director in the oversight and management of Department of Air Force Fellows assigned to academic, corporate, governmental, and research institutions nationwide. 2. Provides professional leadership, advice, guidance, and authoritative consulting on education matters concerning all Department of the Air Force Fellows. 3. Evaluates individual Fellow performance and serves as the primary academic advisor to DAF Fellows. 4. Collects, curates, and maintains the DAF Fellows database. 5. Executes funding, resources, and budget management.
