Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Manages base-level training (military OJT): Advises and assists base personnel on proper policies and procedures, corrective actions, and cost-effective training methods to ensure training needs are met. As base training advisor recommends improvements to OJT programs and responds to requests for OJT support. Analyzes OJT data for trends in skills training and mandatory Career Development Course (CDC)enrollments; and processes CDC reactivations, reenrollments, waivers, and AFSC withdrawal packages.
