They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations. The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.Major Duties: Provides orientation briefings to operational units on collective training management procedures, such as Mission Essential Task List (METL) development and use of the Combined Arms Training Strategies (CATS). Serves as an advisor to the PO Training Development Division (TDD) Chief, PO Proponent Deputy Director, and the PO Proponent Director on the collection and analyses of training programs. Reviews and prepares responses to Combined, Joint, Multi-Service, Army and ARSOF training literature products and programs. Maintains a program for systematic staffing and review of and training programs from USAT2COM centers and schools, USSOCOM and other Joint commands to ensure synchronization with current PO collective training.
