Uses varied functions of office automation software to produce a wide variety of documents that often require complex formats, such as graphics or tables within text, editing and reformatting electronic drafts, and updating or revising existing databases or spreadsheets. Authenticates copies of Student Training Reports, validates and certifies student training, and provides official transcripts to requesting agencies. Manages the trainee elimination program (AETC Forms 125/125a). Administers the Oracle Training Administrator system concerned with student accounting functions. Develops education and training materials and provides trainings.
