DUTIES: Designs, implements, and reviews activity plans. Observes and evaluates each child's health and development and reports on and maintains records of observations. Provides technical assistance/guidance and leadership to all junior employees assigned to the program. Responsible for assisting the Assistant Director/Director with the operations of the Child Development Center.
