Atlanta Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for the following position: 2nd Grade Teacher Location: Parkside Elementary School Summary: The Teacher provides high-quality, standards-based instruction that supports student achievement and prepares K-12 students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed for success in college, career, and life. The Teacher plans, organizes, and delivers engaging learning experiences using evidence-based instructional practices, data-driven decision-making, and inclusive classroom strategies. Minimum Requirements: Certification:Minimum of SRT4-Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field (P-5); ORPassed the GACE in Early Childhood EducationEducation:Bachelor's Degree required with at least a 2.5 GPAWork Experience:Work experience gained through education and certification/license requirements.Available for face-to-face instruction within the school building with students present.
