Receives, logs, and verifies training requests to ensure they are job related and meet all legal and regulatory requirements, and oversees lower graded personnel in accomplishing the same function. Manages military technical training allocations and the selection process for no-name allocations to include Officer/Enlisted PME. Manages Professional Military Education. Compiles a list of eligible individuals for Noncommissioned Office Academy (NCOA) and Squadron Officer School (SOS). Arranges and organizes the Civilian Training Committee. Plans and arranges the Civilian Training Committee. Monitors Transaction Registers. Reviews PDS transaction registers, corrects HAF rejects, monitors purge conditions by ensuring base-level PDS and HAF systems reflect the same data. Conducts training surveys and coordinates annual screening requirements when requested by MAJCOM and career programs.
