Summary PATHWAY PROGRAM OVERVIEW: The Pathways Internship Program is designed to provide students enrolled in a variety of educational institutions, from high school to graduate level, with paid work opportunities in agencies to explore Federal careers while still in school. Provides students with work experience related to the career goals while offering eligibility to permanent employment upon completion. To learn more, visit: Students & Recent Graduates. Major Duties: This position is part of the Pathways Internship Program and is located at the Central Office or an institution in the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). Observes and assists the supervising Education staff in organizing files, researching vendors/partnerships/reentry service providers/programs, compiling reports for further evaluations, developing graphs/tables of statistical data, making calls and collecting data, assembling training materials, assisting with staff visits, and e-mailing general information. Receives on-the-job training of instructor work.
