Serves as the installation Education and Training Section Chief. Program responsibility involves oversight of education and training programs and services, through the performance of Contract Officer Representative (COR) duties. 2. Oversees professional educational and vocational guidance and testing services. 3. Administers the Education and Training Section's annual operating budget. 4. Represents the Education and Training Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. 5. Assesses program effectiveness. Consistently assesses overall program effectiveness by sampling student, instructor, and commanders' needs, validating suggestions and complaints, examining drop-out rates and enrollment trends.
