Serves as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over non-supervisory employees assigned to Education and Training Section of the Force Support Squadron. Duties: 1. Serves as the installation Education and Training Section Chief (E&TS Chief). Program Manager responsible for oversight of the Voluntary Education programs, Military Testing, Military Base Training, Formal Training, Civilian Training, and SkillBridge. 2. Oversees professional educational and vocational guidance and testing services. 3. Program Manager for Civilian Training funds (PEC 88751) and Voluntary Education funds (PEC 84702) annual operating budget. 4. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. 5. Represents the Education and Training Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
