DUTY 1: Assists the Chief, Education and Training in implementation and administration of Air Force policies for the AF Voluntary Education Programs. DUTY 2: Administers diversified Air Force testing program. Serves as primary or alternate test control officer. DUTY 3: Formal Schools. Assists Chief, Education and Training with requesting and processing Formal School request. DUTY 4: Responsible for overall management OJT program for the wing. Accomplish Self Inspection and Staff Assisted Visits IAW current directive; identifies root cause of deficiencies and recommends or implements corrective actions for process improvements. DUTY 5: Monitors the overall accuracy and reliability of all data entered into and maintained in Military Personnel Data System (MilPDS) and Education and Training Systems.
