Visit uscis.gov/careers for more information.Major Duties: Formulates training policy and standard operating procedures for Region, District, and Field Offices. Leads District Training Professionals in developing and conducting annual training needs assessment and applying advanced training methodologies such as interactive computer-based instruction and simulation to design/adapt instructional strategies. As a subject matter expert in the training and developmental activities the incumbent provides overall coordination of a Regional Training Program. Collaborates with FOD, HCT, Regional and District management to identify individual and broad-based training needs and requirements. Assesses alignment of current training programs with current USCIS, FOD, and regional goals and updates and/or changes programs to maintain alignment.
