DUTIES: Serves as the technical authority for all Air Force JROTC instructor education, training, professional development and credentialing requirements. Manages Instructor Initial Certification Training, and Advanced Certification Training. Performs outreach to promote educational and training programs. Assesses program effectiveness. Consistently assesses overall program effectiveness by sampling student, instructor, school, district and state data as it relates to AFJROTC instructor, validating suggestions and complaints and examining trends. Performs a variety of administrative and customer service duties related to the professional development and credentialing program.
