Come and PLAY, GROW, LAUGH, and LEARN with us. TOPP KIDS is building one of the strongest school-age care cultures in Canada — club-based programs where children PLAY, GROW, LAUGH, and LEARN through real relationships, active play, creativity, and leadership. You're closer than you think. If you're an educational assistant, a substitute teacher, a recent B.Ed. grad waiting on a contract, an education student, or a retired teacher who still loves the energy of kids, you already have what we're looking for. You know school-age children, you know school routines, and you know how to bring a group to life. Those skills transfer on day one, and our before- and after-school hours stack naturally around EA and sub schedules. And if your goal is to get into schools, this is one of the best ways in. On any given day you might set up a loose-parts provocation, coach an active game, spark a STEM build, follow a child-led project, or simply be the steady, caring adult a kid needs. Fun really is part of the job description. Our teams create spaces where children can: Build confidence through physical literacy and active playExplore STEM, loose parts, and hands-on learningExpress themselves through art, creativity, and imaginationEngage in emergent, child-led experiencesDevelop leadership, citizenship, and life skillsBuild friendships and a true sense of belonging We're grounded in relationship-based care and the image of the child, and inspired by modern pedagogy including the Flight framework, emergent curriculum, child voice, and inclusive, responsive programming. What we offerWe believe educators deserve to grow too.
