Special Education Teacher 2026-2027 School YearKisikohk School Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 8 Witchekan Lake First Nation, SaskatchewanKisikohk School is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and student-focused Special Education Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year.  We are looking for an educator committed to supporting diverse learners through inclusive, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed practices.Qualifications·       Bachelor of Education·       Valid Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate (or eligibility)·       Training and/or experience in Special Education·       Experience developing and implementing IEPs·       Knowledge of learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, behavioural supports, and inclusive education·       Strong communication and collaboration skillsPreference Given To·       Experience working in First Nations or Indigenous schools·       Knowledge of Indigenous education and Truth & Reconciliation·       Experience working with Elders, families, and community partners·       Trauma-informed and culturally responsive teaching experience
