Referrals will be based on the preferences you indicate in the application process.Major Duties: Supervises an assigned team consisting of up to twelve ratios children/youth comprised of direct care professionals and volunteers. Serves as a first-level supervisor for assigned staff. Conducts and review program evaluations of classroom and activity areas, identifying areas that need improvement, and establishing and implementing corrective action plans to address deficiencies within the prescribed timeframes. May serve as the Manager on Duty assuming responsibilities and duties of the program Director or Assistant Director in their absence when assigned. Works in conjunction with the Training Specialist and conducts written observations of assigned direct care professionals during all hours of operation and evaluates employees on established performance standards. Resolves complaints related to personnel concerns; gives advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters; promotes and models safety, fitness, health, and nutrition practices.
