Provides oversight of a variety of training functions to include upgrade, proficiency, on-the-job, ancillary, and other job specific requirements. Duties include identifying, formulating, analyzing, tracking, scheduling, and managing training. DUTIES: 1. Responsible for overall management of the unit training program. 2. Reviews and verifies the accuracy and quality of squadron training. 3. Identifies training requirements, ensuring higher headquarters directives are incorporated into the training plan, identifying appropriate resources, ensuring funding is acquired for the identified training requirements and performs curriculum development duties. 4. Uses software to create, format, modify, edit, and print a variety of documents in support of unit training.
