Training Program Support Specialist

Summary About the Position: Serves as a Training Program Support Specialist, with scope of responsibility encompassing Education and Training Technician. The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army.Major Duties: Researches methods to develop and apply logistics procurement and distribution in a foreign internal defense and unconventional warfare environments Prepares, submits, and updates forecasts for operations and training support for up to six months in advance Analyzes operational training requirements, assesses training program capabilities, and develops courses of actions to effectively execute mission requirements. Researches, develops, maintains and updates material for courses typically covering upper level unconventional warfare logistics. Revises lesson plans to reflect new developments in the field and to relate to students with complicated, specialized or persistent learning difficulties.
