The purpose of the position is to provide a full range of general education and career development counseling and assistance to DoD civilians, military personnel and dependents of the command and attached organizations. Work involves administering, supervising, promoting, coordinating, conducting, and evaluating programs, activities, or opportunities designed to provide individualized career-related or self-development education plans.
