Supervisory Training Support Specialist

Summary About the Position: Serves as the 7th Army Training Command, Training Support Activity Europe, Chief, Expeditionary Training Support Division (ETSD). The position plans, coordinates, and provides the onsite training support to US Army NATO Allies, and select partners participating in live (live-fire and force-on-force) and virtual (simulators) training across Europe and Africa. Civilian employees serve a vital role in supporting the Army mission. They provide the skills that are not readily available in the military, but crucial to support military operations. The Army integrates the talents and skills of its military and civilian members to form a Total Army. This position is located in Grafenwoehr, Germany, in the Upper Palatinate (Oberpfalz) and in the State of Bavaria (Bayern). The US Army Garrison Grafenwoehr is located in a scenic, rural section approximately 60 miles from Nuermberg. Directs and manages internal operations and logistics, and receives TSAE administrative, IT, and budget support. Plans, directs, and manages all deployed training support activities for which the ETSD is responsible. Establishes long-range plans for the accomplishment of mission functions of the organization and its programs.
