DUTIES Applies Air Force Special Operations training flow knowledge and /or Base Education Training Manager experience to develop, and evaluate detailed pipeline plans, goals, and objectives to construct and implement the Training Schedule Pipeline for Special Warfare Airmen, enlisted and officer students (Individually). Manage, review, prioritize and coordinate student pipeline actions. Coordinates with several agencies for proper movement of student personnel. Analyzes and interprets trainee management and accounting data. Utilize TTMS Student Management, TTMS COGNOS, Learner Management System (LMS) and OTA products to analyze training management and accounting data. Analyzes data on student production, elimination, washback's, and proficiency advancements trends and recommends action to resolve problems.
