Summary About the position: Pierce Terrace Elementary School is part of the South Carolina Schools Community which is part of the DoWEA Americas Southeast District. This position is located at: Department of War Education Activity, Department of War Education Activity Mid-Atlantic District, Pierce Terrace Elementary School, Fort Jackson, SC. Description of Working Environment: Work is performed in a classroom setting. Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA), as one of only two Federally-operated school systems, is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and managing prekindergarten through 12th grade educational programs on behalf of the Department of War (DoW).
