The incumbent will perform general office duties, assist residents, record and report any violations of residence policies and expectations. This includes ensuring students are aware of all policies, procedures and guidelines in the UCN Calendar relating to the Residence, and all students and visitors to the Residence are required to abide by them. Additional duties include registration and discharge of students, maintenance of student files, correspondence, receptionist, general office duties and planning of social activities for students REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Grade 12 Education; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered• Experience working in an office environment• Customer service experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365• Experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds• Ability to work independently• Strong problem-solving skills• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills• Effective time management skills• Commitment to life-long learning  ASSETS: • Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous cultures CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:• Candidates must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada• Availability to work evenings and weekend as required• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or willingness to obtain within three (3) months  Applicants are asked to provide a cover letter and resume with their application.
