Civilian careers-where purpose and patriotism unite!Major Duties: You will develop, coordinate, and manage international education programs, including study abroad, semester exchange, language immersion, and other global engagement opportunities for the U.S. Naval Academy midshipmen, faculty, and staff. You will coordinate with faculty, academic advisors, military and civilian organizations, and partner institutions to support participant selection, academic requirements, travel planning, security requirements, and successful program execution. You will plan and coordinate international visits, conferences, seminars, distinguished visitor engagements, and other special projects supporting the U.S. Naval Academy's international mission. You will develop reports, briefing materials, surveys, and program assessments; analyze data and prepare recommendations to support leadership decision-making and continuous program improvement. You will manage USNA international education programs. You will coordinate academic requirements, travel, logistics (DTS, JTR, FCG, passports/visas), and budgets. You will liaise with global partners, handle administrative issues, and deliver data-driven program reports.
