Stratford Public Schools invites applications for the following: High School Theater Director-Part Time Location: Bunnell High School Position Summary: Bunnell High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Theater Director to lead and oversee the school's theater program. The Theater Director is responsible for planning, directing, and producing both fall and spring theatrical productions while fostering a positive, inclusive, and educational environment for student performers and crew members. This position requires after-school, evening, and occasional weekend commitments throughout the production seasons. Qualifications: Experience directing high school or community theater productions.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Knowledge of theater production, performance techniques, and rehearsal practices.Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families.Commitment to fostering student growth through the performing arts.
