Advises personnel on the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) programs; provides information necessary to request the required documentation for program update and submits required documentation to CCAF for evaluation and preparation of CCAF transcripts. Assists clients in determining career and academic goals. Provides basic information concerning colleges and universities, testing, other methods of credit development, and other USAF educational and training opportunities. Advises qualified personnel on Military Tuition Assistance(MilTA) procedures. Performs routine and miscellaneous clerical work to include processing incoming mail, maintaining electronic files and posting updates as necessary, and preparing/maintaining office forms of various types.
