CTE: Business Teacher

Gilbert Public Schools invites applications for the following position: High School Business Teacher Location: Canyon Valley School Date Available: 7/20/26 Purpose Statement: The job of Teacher-Career and Technical Education is for the purpose of instructing students in various career and technicalsubjects, such as agricultural science, automotive technologies, family and consumer sciences, business and computers, engineering, digital communications and photography, healthcare, and technical theatre. They teach academic and technical content to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become college and career ready. They also provide Career and Technical Student Organization supervision. Minimum Qualifications: Meets all certification requirements for the grade level or subject area including proper teaching area endorsements. Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution. Experience: Industry-related experience within the CTE field is required Certificates & Licenses: Valid CTE Arizona Teaching Certificate appropriate for the program area being taught or in the process of receiving one. Must possess a valid Arizona DPS Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card while employed.
