We value teamwork, inquiry, and a strong focus on student achievement. We are seeking a qualified and compassionate early years teacher to join our team in a .25 FTE position (every other morning). The successful candidate will provide English Language Instruction to an Early Years French Immersion Class.  Qualifications: A valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate Demonstrated ability to engage students in meaningful and inclusive learning.Commitment to collaboration with colleagues, parents, and the community.Experience with diverse learners and a commitment to supporting Indigenous education and inclusive practices are considered an asset.Training or experience in inclusive education and differentiated instruction.Experience supporting literacy and numeracy development at the early years level.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of assessment practices and progress monitoring.Responsibilities: Provide engaging English Language Instruction to Early Years French Immersion students.Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate literacy-based learning experiences that support student growth in speaking, listening, reading, writing, and oral communication.Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that supports the  academic, social, emotional, and behavioural needs of all learners.
