Counsel students on their progress in achieving classroom goals and objectives. Adhere to and, when applicable, implements safety and security procedures. Plan and deliver the weekly AVID curriculum while monitoring student progress. Coordinate all AVID program activities, including student recruitment and scheduling. Train school staff in AVID methodologies and conducts parent workshops.
