This position is primarily responsible for developing, managing, delivering and evaluating professional development initiatives for DLIELC staff and faculty across the organization. Duties: 1. Independently manages assigned training program area(s). Delivers professional and organizational development services or locates appropriate resources for delivery of services.. 2. Provides training to faculty and staff. Demonstrates extensive knowledge of current concepts, principles and practices in assigned area(s). Applies full professional knowledge of the theories, principles, and techniques of adult learning theory and, employee development methods, and modes of assessment. 3. Initiates projects, researches subject matter, analyzes results, develops, produces, and evaluates instructional materials and measurement instruments. Analyzes and designs solutions for managers to support faculty and staff's ability to adapt to an ever-changing social, cultural and digital environment.
