Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Youth Center, ensuring that all Youth Programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Represents Youth Programs with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Responsible for the financial operation of the Youth Programs, the facilities, grounds, equipment, health and safety. Ensures program meets established financial goals.
