Serves as an ESL and Professional development expert in multiple content areas, providing training to faculty, staff, and students. Initiates projects, researches subject matter, analyzes results, and develops, produces, and evaluates instructional materials and measurement instruments. Represents DLIELC with a variety of U.S. Air Force, installation and functional areas, along with external training vendors and professional organizations.
