Communicates with parent on a regular basis. Develops and implements daily lesson plans. Follows established procedures for preventing, treating, and reporting all child injury, illness and/or abuse. Provides a classroom environment conductive to the prior care and learning for children. Maintains a separate folder on every child in attendance at the center. Exhibits age-appropriate staff-child interactions and expectations of behavior. Applies quality techniques to better provide total quality service.
