Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents DLIELC with a variety Department of Defense (DoD), Department of State (DoS), U.S. Air Force, installation and functional area organizations. Plans and manages all aspects of academic training for students assigned to ensure optimum training and student progress. Serves as an ESL expert for instructors.
