Serves as the key staff professional position, recognized as the top education and technical training expert consultant and senior education advisor on all academic matters relating to the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), an organization within the Air Force Global College(AFGC) with Air Force-wide, sister-service, and DoD-level scope of operations. This position is responsible for all academic programs, policies and processes to ensure CCAF and AFGC mission success. DUTIES: Serves as member of CCAF senior leadership team to work collaboratively in developing strategic-to-operational-to-tactical plans, programs and policies supporting services aligned to AFGC, AU, AETC, Air Force, and DoD objectives for enlisted force development resulting in the award of academic and workplace credentials as well as an enhanced mission-ready and capable force. Supervises management of the physical education, technical, general education, Leadership-Management-Military Studies and elective components of all CCAF degree, certificate and certifications programs. Represents the Community College Of the Air Force (CCAF) with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) and exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
